How to get to Frankfurt

Frankfurt is one of the major European cities and has a well-connected airport. Flying direct from the UK, France and many other European cities is easy and there are numerous airlines that operate flights.

With a major train station in the city just 1km away from the Festhalle and many roads leading in to the city, it's very easy to travel to Fan Festival Frankfurt 2017.

Train

Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (central train station) is only a few minutes away from the Festhalle. The underground station under the central station offers the most direct and fastest connection to the Festhalle.

Car

The Festhalle Frankfurt is situated at the heart of both Germany and Europe. Its central geographic location offers ideal international road, rail and air connections. Wherever you are coming from, you will be able to reach Festhalle Frankfurt quickly and conveniently.

U-Bahn underground train

Take the U4 line heading towards Bockenheimer Warte. Go one station and get off at "Festhalle/Messe".

Tram

Once in Frankfurt, take the main exit of the central train station to reach the tram lines 16 and 17. "Festhalle/Messe" is the third station. Use the "City" entrance to enter the exhibition grounds.

*Please note that during the weekend of the show, Saturday 18 February and Sunday 19 February 2017, your Fan Festival ticket will also act as a 'KombiTicket'. By Foot

It is about a ten minute walk from the train station to Messe Frankfurt. From Düsseldorfer Straße, cross the Platz der Republik and the Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage. Use the "City" entrance to enter the exhibition grounds.

How to get to the Festhalle Messe Frankfurt

The direct route to the Festhalle Messe Frankfurt runs from the motorway junction "Westkreuz Frankfurt"
to the A 648 direction “Stadtmitte (city center)”.

ACCOMMODATION

We have teamed up with the travel agency, Jet Tours, to provide our guests with preferential rates at local accommodation. Fan Festival attendees can book discounted rates at the hostel, A&O Frankfurt Galluswarte - only 1km walking distance from the Festhalle.
In the A&O Frankfurt Galluswarte 500 persons can overnight in 55 double rooms and the remaining 390 beds in multi-bed rooms (occupancy 4, 6 and 8).

You get 2** superior hotel comfort when booking a double room. The numerous shared rooms in the hostel area offer comfortable beds plus separate shower and toilet in the room. Wi-Fi is free of charge in every room and all public areas.

Room assignment unless otherwise specified will be done by gender (M/F).

Important information for multi-bed rooms: You can book a multi-bed room for up to 8 persons. Each visitor must fill out his/her own form and name all other group members in the relevant field.
